Just a few hundred yards/meters west of the Synagogue Church is a small Franciscan church, built in 1860, which contains a slab of chalk rock that according to tradition was the rock on which the risen Christ ate with his disciples. Worth noting are the graffiti of numerous pilgrims from over the centuries.
